I see this very often in people who are intent on being “the victim” when they are actually the perpetrator.

They twist and manipulate the facts of corporeal reality so that it suits whatever version of events justifies their behavior and then they hide behind whichever aspects of their identity provides “innocence,” but still allows them to cause emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual harm, and prevents them from being held accountable for it while pretending they have nothing to be held accountable for.

Weaponization is a nearly foolproof strategy for ensuring that the blame *always* lies elsewhere.
