Family, I am reviewing a book called the Romance of Morien about a Black knight at King Arthur’s Round Table. The document is at least 800 years old, probably older. In it, Morien is described as “black as a raven; nothing white about him but his teeth.” He was the greatest knight of the Round Table, more heroic and gallant even than Lancelot, Galahad and Gawain. How many of us know that there really were Black knights, and great ones at that? My goodness, what remarkable contributions to the world we have made!
