American Indian NOOOOOOO

Take Note!

The 2020 Census will NOT be the solver of your problems. It will be a way for you to reclassify yourself so that you are on their records as an American Indian (which is a misnomer). Americans Indians are citizens of the United States.

As a citizen of the United States, you cannot claim Treaty Rights from the nation you are a citizen of. You cannot be a citizen of a nation and then claim Treaty Rights from it. You are a part of that nation.

It’s like the nation claiming something against itself. So you cannot do that. When you reclassify, you cannot run around stating that you cannot be taxed, I cannot be locked up, I can’t do this, etc.. This will only make you “A Colonized Indian”. You will still be enumerated in their system because you will still have their Birth Certificate, their Driver’s License, etc. Reclassifying to American Indian will still keep you in their system. Everything about you is United States unless you reconnect to the land prior to these Treaties. You must pre-colonially connect to a tribe and/or land. ~FANA Director General Neesu Wushuwunoag
